Katherine Lyon Dayton

Practice Description
Ms. Dayton focuses her practice on international trademark matters, managing global trademark portfolios for clients in the fashion, consumer goods, hospitality, publishing, and luxury goods industries, among others.  She advises clients on trademark clearance and registration, opposition and cancellation actions, and other enforcement matters, and drafts copyright and trademark-related agreements.
